The night after your birth!
I was recently asked for my expert opinion on second-night syndrome. I must admit I was not feeling all that “experty” when I had to Google “what is second night syndrome?”!
As I read, I quickly realised this is a term given to the night after you birth your precious baby. I don’t know if it just me, but I think it is a pretty scary sounding term and I don’t quite understand why we can’t just say the first night after your baby is born.
I guess the latter is not considered nearly as good clickbait!
I wanted to share an article I wrote with you here. It turns out I did have some “experty” advice and I wanted to make sure I shared it with you too.
